About Us
DYSYS Consulting, Inc. was founded in 2000 during a period of unprecedented demand for analytical and marketing services by corporations that were trying to expand or refine their internet presence. 

Companies wanted to know how to enhance their customer's web experience and make their website "sticky".  They also wanted to know how to increase revenue and profitability through the internet by redesigning products to better adapt to a new marketplace.

DYSYS has analyzed hundreds of websites and business models and has been able to provide invaluable information for executives to create plans and designs to not only compete, but win in the world of the web.

We have been serving financial institutions, credit bureaus, the automotive industry and other direct to consumer retail businesses, while specializing in financial models, web navigation, website user experience and actionable marketing strategies and business plans for over 13 years. 

DYSYS's list of clients has ranged from Fortune 100 corporations to small local businesses.  We contribute our success to being able to serve our client's needs based on a strong financial and marketing consulting background and a personal touch that is lacking from the big consulting firms. 

About our founder:

Michael Stewart MBA, PMP® - President/CEO

Michael founded DYSYS Consulting in 2000.  He has his B.S. in Organic Chemistry/Plant Science, an M.B.A. in Marketing/Finance and has been either a senior manager or consulted for companies for over 20 years.  He possesses a PMP Certification and is an active member of both PMI Institute and the Orange County Chapter of PMI.  He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and is a member of the Scrum Alliance.

His diverse background includes stints as an Chemical Process and Structural Engineer for then McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing), Senior Marketing and Financial Consultant and later a partner of Triad Marketing/Dorado Data Systems, Senior Market Analyst for Bank of America, Director of Business Development and Director of Software Development for First American Financial, Senior Project Manager for Fidelity National Financial and DiTech.com, Senior Program Manager for Omnicom Group, and Senior Engagement Manager for CoreLogic, PMO Project Coordinator for the Wells Fargo/Wachovia Bank merger (Wholesale Division), Senior Technical Project Manager in charge of rebranding and new product deployment for the divesture of Bank of America's Balboa Insurance division to QBE First and currently as a Senior Project Manager at Toyota Financial Services.
